With 19 years behind the chair, Michaela Lafleur has built her career around one simple belief: beautiful hair should feel just as incredible as it looks.
Michaela specializes in customized colour, dimensional blonding, lived-in transformations, corrective colour, grey blending and luxury hair extensions. Her approach is never one-size-fits-all. Every appointment begins with understanding the client—their hair, lifestyle, maintenance preferences and long-term goals—before creating a look designed specifically for them.
A Certified Master Hair Extensionist with extensive experience in multiple extension methods, Michaela has developed a passion for creating seamless, natural-looking transformations that enhance length, density and confidence while prioritizing the integrity of the natural hair.
Her background as an ex Schwarzkopf Professional Educator has further shaped her technical approach to colour, formulation and hair health. Continued education remains an important part of her career, allowing her to combine advanced techniques with thoughtful, modern hairdressing.
