Policies that keep everything running beautifully
Having clear salon policies allows me to serve every guest consistently and fairly. Policies help protect my time, my schedule, and the costs associated with operating a small business. They also ensure I can continue providing high-quality services, keep the salon running smoothly, and respect the time of every guest who has booked an appointment.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit to rebook.
Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in limited booking availability. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other guests waiting for appointments.

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you; however:

Arrivals 10+ minutes late may need to modify the service so it can be finished on time.

Arrivals 15+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
This helps ensure every guest receives the time and attention they deserve.

Refund / Redo Policy
I want you to love your hair. While services are non-refundable, I’m happy to adjust your hair if something isn’t quite right.

Please contact me within 7 days of your appointment.

Adjustments must be consistent with your original consultation and desired look.
Color corrections or changes outside of the original plan may require an additional appointment and fee.

Sickness & Contagious Illness Policy
If you are feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms, fever, vomiting, or a contagious condition (including head lice), please reschedule.
You will not be charged for rescheduling due to illness when notice is given as soon as possible.
This protects not only myself, but all guests and their families.

Deposit / Booking Fee Terms
Certain services require a non-refundable booking fee that is applied to your final total.

Deposits secure your appointment and materials.

If you cancel within the cancellation window or no-show, the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling with proper notice allows the deposit to transfer once.
Deposits help ensure time and product investments are reserved appropriately.

Product Return Policy
Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and unused.
Opened or used products may be exchanged only if there is a manufacturer defect or documented allergic reaction.
No cash refunds will be issued — exchanges or salon credit only.

Children in the Salon Policy
For safety and relaxation:

Children are welcome only if they have an appointment.

Due to sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemicals, unattended children cannot remain in the salon area.

Hair Extensions Maintenance & Liability
Extensions require consistent care and professional products. By receiving extensions, you agree to:

Use recommended home-care products

Schedule maintenance as advised

Avoid excessive heat, oil at the bonds, and sleeping with wet hair

Brush and secure hair nightly
Damage from improper care, outside chemical services, or failure to maintain is not the responsibility of the stylist. Results vary based on lifestyle and maintenance.

Allergy / Medical Disclosure Policy
Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medications, or medical conditions that may affect services.
Certain treatments may react with medications or skin sensitivities. Failure to disclose may increase risk and releases the stylist from liability.
Patch testing is available upon request and may be required for some services.
